We offer global delivery and work with reliable transport/courier agencies to ensure your products reach you safely and promptly. The shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout and may vary based on the product’s volumetric nature.
Please note that VAT, custom duty, local taxes, and import duties (if applicable in your country) are the customer’s responsibility and need to be paid at the time of delivery as advised by our courier partner.
Shipment Time:
For products that are not made-to-order (MTO), as our products are handmade and require meticulous craftsmanship, you can expect delivery within 20-25 business days. In the case of MTO products, our team will reach out to you to provide specific delivery details. We value the time and effort put into creating each unique piece, ensuring you receive only the finest quality products.
Shipment Tracking:
Once your order is handed to the courier agency, we’ll email you a tracking code, along with the website link to monitor your order’s status. Please be patient as the tracking code may take up to 2 business days to be activated on the tracking website.
Shipping Address:
To ensure smooth delivery, kindly provide us with complete shipping addresses with postal codes. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses.
Change of Shipping Address:
If you wish to change the shipping address, you can do so within 48 hours of placing your order by logging into our website at www.gulachin.in. After this period, we won’t be able to entertain any address changes.
Delay in Delivery:
While we strive to deliver your products on time, unforeseen circumstances like natural calamities or public holidays may cause delays. In such cases, we won’t be able to offer refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges. However, if a delay occurs due to stock unavailability, we’ll promptly inform you via email and provide alternatives such as choosing an alternate product or a refund.
Return Policy:
Please note that customised goods cannot be returned.
Before accepting the package from the courier agency, we advise you to carefully check the quality and quantity of the product against the invoice.
If you receive a damaged product, a product with manufacturing defects, or the wrong item, kindly reach out to us immediately at gulachinoffical@gmail.com. Please retain all packaging materials and products until we provide further instructions.
For any other complaints related to delivered packages, please email us at info@gulachin.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Before returning any product, please wait for our confirmation email with instructions. Your email should include comprehensive details of the defects/complaints related to the product.
All shipping costs for returning defective products to Gulachin will be borne entirely by you. The defective products must be returned in their original condition, original packaging, along with the invoice, carefully sealed.
Responsibility for Defective Products:
Your satisfaction is essential to us, and we take responsibility for any defects or variations in our products. Our team will promptly examine the returned products based on your feedback and take necessary remedial steps.
Please note that the safe receipt of defective products by Gulachin is your responsibility. If the error occurred due to the customer’s fault, necessary modifications/alterations will be made at your cost.

REFUND POLICY
We at Gulachin strive to provide the best quality products and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. However, if there are any issues with your order, we have a fair and friendly refund policy.
Refunds will be offered under the following circumstances:
- Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Order: If your order is delivered in a damaged condition, has a manufacturing fault, or is not what you ordered, we will happily refund the paid amount.
- Color and Size Selection: Please note that we do not offer refunds if the order is delivered with the color and size you selected while placing the order. We encourage you to double-check your selections before making a purchase.
- Error on Our Part: In the rare event that we make an error, we will take full responsibility. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or a refund, at our sole discretion.
Partial Refunds:
If you have ordered multiple products and, for some reason, we are unable to deliver a certain product/s, you have the option to choose an alternate product. If you prefer not to select an alternate product, we will provide you with store credit for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product. The decision to provide a refund or store credit lies solely with Gulachin.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that we cannot entertain any cancellations after the 24-hour window has passed.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund within a maximum of 4 business days. You will be notified of the refund process.
Credit Issues:
Refunds against your credit card account typically take three (3) business days to be processed. The corresponding bank may take up to two (2) business days from the processing date to display the credits in your account.

As these products are handcrafted, there may be slight variations in colour, embellishment, weight, size, and handwork details compared to what you see on our website. We believe that these variations are part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade products, making each item truly one-of-a-kind.
